Do I need to already have a system?
No. Many MedSpas do not. We can help build the foundation from the ground up.
What if I already have ads running?
That is fine. We can review what is working, what is missing, and rebuild the system around a clearer appointment path.
Do you call and book leads for us?
We do not replace your front desk or sales team. We build the ads, text and emails follow-ups, tracking, and booking process that helps your team respond and book more effectively. We do offer an Outbound AI Agent to make calls for you if need be, and we can also assist in finding a Virtual Assistant to help with calls if you'd like.
Do we own the system?
Yes. The core assets are built inside your business, including the leads, landing page, follow-up process, campaign structure, and tracking.
Do you work only on commission?
No. This is a build and management partnership. We ask for a 3-month agreement to work with us, so we can build everything properly, and ensure it works. After 3-months, if you'd like to run it on your own, you can, or you can hire us to stay on and manage it for you! We can even offer a hybrid approach for system technical support and/or coaching.
What services can this work for?
It works best when we focus on one profitable service first, such as injectables, weight loss, facials, laser treatments, microneedling, body contouring, memberships, or consultations, etc.

I work with a small number of MedSpa clients at a time — by design. When you work with me, you get me: every strategy call, every ad, every creative decision. I don't hand your account off to a junior staffer, and I don't take on clients I don't genuinely believe I can help.
